This tool, which is used to produce thermoplastic injection moulding parts was manufactured by Formtech Gmbh on behalf of BMW AG and is just one example for our capabilities.

It is one out of 7 tools, for which we created the design and program to the customer’s requirements simultaneously.

Due to proper planning all 7 tools could be manufactured at the same time. The specific manufacturing steps included deep-hole drilling, milling, eroding, grinding.
After our experienced team assembled everything, the finished and ready-to-use tools with a weight between 1 and 18 tons and dimension up to 2.600 x 1.130 x 1.240mm could be delivered to BMW AG.

Provided that changes become necessary during the tool’s lifetime, we can perform this changes professionally.
